🔁 Return & Exchange Eligibility
We gladly accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
✅ Eligible items:
- Unworn and unused jewelry in original packaging
- Support within 7 days — If your earrings arrive damaged/incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund per policy.
- Must include proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation)
❌ Not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom, personalized, or sale items
- Digital downloads or tutorial templates
- Items damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling
💰 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or defective items.
💡 Example: If you paid $12 for shipping, this fee will not be refunded unless the item was shipped in error.
