Because each item is crafted individually, please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.

All our jewelry is handmade to order, which means small variations in color, texture, or pattern may occur.
These are not considered defects but part of the unique charm of handmade art.


🔁 Return & Exchange Eligibility

We gladly accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

Eligible items:

  • Unworn and unused jewelry in original packaging
  • Support within 7 days — If your earrings arrive damaged/incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund per policy.
  • Must include proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation)

Not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom, personalized, or sale items
  • Digital downloads or tutorial templates
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or defective items.

💡 Example: If you paid $12 for shipping, this fee will not be refunded unless the item was shipped in error.


💌 How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email [email protected] with the following information:

  2. Product name or photo
  3. Reason for return (optional but helpful)

We’ll reply with return instructions and a return shipping address.

📦 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item or defective product).

We can offer exchanges for the same item if it arrives defective or damaged.
If the item is no longer available, you may choose a replacement of equal value or a refund.


📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
